Wallderlust is born in Dutch nature and located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Purchases

When you make a purchase through our Service, you may be required to provide specific information such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping details.

3. Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, and we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Europe: 3-7 business days

• North America: 7-10 business days

• Other regions: 10-15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays. Local taxes and import duties may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

4. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returns are at your own risk and expense unless the product is faulty or damaged. In case of a damaged return, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund (up to 50%).

If your product arrives damaged, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide photos of both the damaged item and packaging. We will replace damaged items at no additional cost. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will handle it through our returns process.
